Always very clean place with lovely staff and marvellous location. An ironing set and television were appreciated. When we came, the owner met us and was friendly. Cosy base for exploring Blackpool...

We truly enjoyed the property and would stay there again. Favourable location, sensational breakfast. There is restaurant Dim Sum Cafe, set 500 metres walk away.

Totally a good experience. Not far from winter gardens blackpool and other tourist attractions. We greatly enjoyed our time here.
